8: To begin I am to making wine, and I only have been in your store a couple of times (and there will be many more to come) but when I go in and talk to the staff they are great. I like the way I am treated, not too much pressure, and they always have some great tips, and the staff are wine makers themselves, so they know what works and what doesn’t. I don’t have anything bad to say except that I would have liked to start making my own wine sooner (and had a chance to make some of the cherry chocolate port, it sounded sooooo good). Thanks.

2: I have been a wine maker for the approximately 2 years. My favorite wines are mostly reds, like merlots and cabernet sauvignons. I choose wine kitz varsity because they have a good product selection, the staff is friendly and helpful, they are informative with electronic newsletters, they are also accessible 7 days a week. I like their idea of bringing product of an unusual nature, like a specialty product. I like the brewing beer in the large plastic bottles. A good idea for something different to try. Again, the product are easy to use and come with excellent advice both in written format and verbally from the staff. You cant go wrong!
