Here’s a little more in-depth information about the Limited Release wine kits that are arriving Tuesday. I still have a few spares if you didn’t order one. Let me know.

Washington Pinot Gris

10L – Sommelier Light Straw colour Light fruit flavours of peach & apple Good acidity with a crisp finish medium body 12% alcohol

18L – Sommelier Reserve Golden Straw colour (not as dark as a typical Chardonnay) Juicy fruit flavours of peach & apple, great mouth feel Good acidic balance and crisp finish medium to full body 13% alcohol

Oregon Pinot Noir

10L – Sommelier Garnet to dark purplish colour, semi-transparent subtle red berry and black cherry flavours Good mouth feel with some tannin and spice at the finish Medium body 13% alcohol

18L – Sommelier Reserve Garnet to dark purplish colour, less transparent good red fruit flavours including black cherry Good structure with tannin and a long spicy finish Medium to full body (Note: Pinot Noir is not as full as a Merlot or Cab. Sauv.) 13.5% alcohol
